- A non-refundable advance payment is required before commencement of any project.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to final delivery or deployment.
- Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
4. Project Scope and Changes
- The scope of work will be finalized before the project begins.
- Any modifications, additions, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery timeline is within 5 working days, subject to project scope, complexity, and timely client inputs.
- Luxora Web Dev shall not be responsible for delays caused by late submissions, lack of communication, or changes in requirements.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
- Share all necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the project.
Delays from the client side may impact delivery timelines.
7. Revisions
- Reasonable revisions are included as per the selected plan.
- Excessive revisions or significant changes after approval may be treated as a new scope of work and charged accordingly.
8. Domain and Hosting
- Domain registration and hosting services are not included unless explicitly stated.
- These services must be arranged by the client or can be provided at an additional cost.
9. AI Services and Subscriptions
- AI features such as chatbots, automation systems, and call agents may depend on third-party platforms.
- Where applicable, a limited initial period (for example, 3 months) may be included.
- Continued usage will require an active subscription paid by the client.
10. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Any exceptions shall be at the sole discretion of Luxora Web Dev.
11. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
- Luxora Web Dev reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Limitation of Liability
Luxora Web Dev shall not be held liable for:
- Any direct or indirect business losses.
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.
- Issues arising from third-party services or platforms.
- Downtime, hosting failures, or external system errors.
13. Support and Maintenance
- Limited post-delivery support may be provided for a defined period.
- Ongoing maintenance, updates, or modifications will be charged separately unless included in a package.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
- Payments are not completed.
- The client breaches these terms.
- There is misuse of services.
15. Amendments
Luxora Web Dev reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
