1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
'Luxora', 'we', 'us', or 'our' refers to Luxora Solutions operating at luxora.solutions.
'Client', 'you', or 'your' refers to the individual or business engaging our services.
'Project' refers to any website, landing page, chatbot, SEO, or digital service agreed upon between Luxora and the Client.
'Agreement' refers to these Terms & Conditions along with any project-specific proposal, invoice, or written communication confirming the scope of work.
2. Services
2.1 Luxora provides web design, web development, AI chatbot integration, SEO optimization, landing page creation, and website redesign services.
2.2 The exact scope of each project is defined at the time of engagement through written communication, proposal, or invoice.
2.3 Luxora reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
2.4 All work is custom built for each client. We do not use purchased templates and present them as original work.
3. Plans & Pricing
3.1 Our current plans are:
Foundation — ₹8,999
Growth — ₹14,999
Scale — ₹24,999
3.2 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the deliverables listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
3.3 Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes do not affect projects already paid for or in progress.
3.4 Domain registration and web hosting are not included in any plan unless explicitly stated. These are additional costs billed separately.
3.5 Domain costs are purchased by Luxora on the client's behalf and added to the invoice at exact cost with zero markup.
3.6 The Growth plan includes 3 months of complimentary shared hosting from the date of website launch, subject to server availability. After 3 months, hosting transitions to the client's own account and is billed by the provider.
3.7 Foundation and Scale plan clients are responsible for hosting costs from day one. Luxora will assist with setup but hosting is billed directly by the chosen provider.
3.8 Monthly maintenance is an optional add-on with two tiers: Basic at ₹2,999/month and Pro at ₹4,999/month. It is not included in any plan unless separately agreed in writing.
3.9 Major changes after project completion — including new pages, redesigns, new features, or additional integrations — are scoped and quoted separately.
3.10 Add-ons may be billed as one-time packages or recurring monthly packages.
3.11 One-time add-on charges are: Extra Page ₹1,999, Logo & Brand Identity ₹3,499, Google Ads Setup ₹4,999, Advanced SEO Package ₹4,999, AI Chatbot Setup ₹2,499, and AI Call Agent Setup ₹4,999.
3.12 Monthly/recurring charges include: Basic Maintenance ₹2,999/month, Pro Maintenance ₹4,999/month, AI Chatbot Platform Fee starting from ₹4,999/month, and AI Call Agent Usage Fee starting from ₹8,999/month.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 A 50% advance payment is required before any project work begins.
4.2 The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live or final files are delivered, whichever comes first.
4.3 Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or any other method agreed upon at the time of engagement.
4.4 Work will not commence until the advance payment is received and confirmed by Luxora.
4.5 All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as described in Section 7 of these terms.
4.6 Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may result in project work being paused until payment is received.
5. Project Timelines
5.1 Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project:
Foundation: 7–10 working days
Growth: 10–14 working days
Scale: 14–21 working days
5.2 Timelines begin from the date advance payment is received AND all required client inputs are provided — including content, images, brand assets, and preferences.
5.3 Delays caused by late client inputs, lack of feedback, or scope changes are not the responsibility of Luxora and will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
5.4 Luxora will communicate any delays proactively and as early as possible.
5.5 Timelines are estimates and not legally binding guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Revisions
6.1 Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds:
Foundation: 1 round of revisions
Growth: 2 rounds of revisions
Scale: 3 rounds of revisions
6.2 A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of changes requested at one time in writing.
6.3 Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the relevant project stage.
6.4 Revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an additional cost agreed upon before work begins.
6.5 Revision rounds do not apply to fundamental changes in project scope, direction, or design style after approval has been given. These are treated as new work and quoted separately.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once project work has commenced.
7.2 If Luxora is unable to deliver the agreed project due to reasons on our end, a full refund of all amounts paid will be provided.
7.3 If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced but before completion:
— If less than 30% of work is complete: 75% of advance is refunded.
— If 30–60% of work is complete: 50% of advance is refunded.
— If more than 60% of work is complete: No refund is applicable.
7.4 Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing.
7.5 Disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 30 days of project completion or cancellation.
8. Client Responsibilities
8.1 The client is responsible for providing all required content — including text, images, logos, and brand assets — in a timely manner.
8.2 The client is responsible for ensuring all content provided is owned by them or properly licensed for use. Luxora is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from client-provided content.
8.3 The client is responsible for reviewing and approving work at each stage before the next stage begins.
8.4 Once approval is given at any stage, that stage is considered complete and changes to it may incur additional charges.
8.5 The client is responsible for maintaining their domain renewal and hosting subscription after the project is complete.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Upon receipt of full and final payment, all design and development work created for the client becomes the property of the client.
9.2 Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Luxora Solutions.
9.3 Luxora reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, demo pages, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before project start.
9.4 Any third-party tools, plugins, fonts, or software used in the project remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
10. Domain & Hosting
10.1 Domain registration is not included in any Luxora plan. Domains are purchased by Luxora on the client's behalf and invoiced at exact cost with no markup.
10.2 The client accepts full responsibility for domain renewal after the initial registration period.
10.3 Hosting is not included in Foundation or Scale plans. Hosting for these plans is the client's responsibility from day one.
10.4 Shared Hosting typically ranges from ₹3,000–₹6,000/year and Premium Hosting typically ranges from ₹5,000–₹12,000/year.
10.5 The Growth plan includes 3 months of complimentary shared hosting from the date of website launch. After this period, hosting is the client's responsibility.
10.6 Domain renewal is typically ₹800–₹1,500/year depending on extension. Renewal remains the client's responsibility after registration.
10.7 Luxora is not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or performance issues caused by third-party hosting providers.
11. AI Chatbot & Automation
11.1 AI Chatbot integration is included in the Growth and Scale plans as a service component, with separate setup and monthly platform charges.
11.2 AI Call Agent is included in the Scale plan as a service component, with separate setup and monthly usage charges.
11.3 AI Chatbot Setup is ₹2,499 (one-time). Monthly platform fee starts from ₹4,999/month and depends on message volume and usage.
11.4 AI Call Agent Setup is ₹4,999 (one-time). Monthly usage fee starts from ₹8,999/month and depends on call volume and usage.
11.5 AI tools are powered by third-party platforms and are subject to their respective terms, limitations, and pricing.
11.6 Luxora is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party AI services.
11.7 Final monthly AI fees are discussed and confirmed with the client before setup.
12. Maintenance
12.1 Maintenance is offered in two tiers: Basic (₹2,999/month) and Pro (₹4,999/month).
12.2 Both Basic and Pro include website uptime monitoring, speed performance checks, security scans and malware monitoring, plugin and software updates, broken link checks, SSL certificate monitoring, and regular backups.
12.3 Both Basic and Pro also include content updates such as text changes, image swaps, new product or service additions, blog uploads provided by the client, menu or schedule updates, and seasonal offer/banner updates.
12.4 Both Basic and Pro include SEO health support such as Search Console monitoring, monthly ranking checks, crawl error fixes where needed, meta updates where needed, and a monthly one-page report covering traffic, traffic sources, top-performing pages, and one recommendation for improvement.
12.5 Basic includes up to 5 small content updates per month.
12.6 Pro includes up to 10 content updates per month, 1 new page per month, priority response time, and a quarterly strategy call.
12.7 Maintenance does not include major redesigns, complex feature development, new integrations, AI retraining, new ad campaign execution, or logo/brand changes unless separately quoted.
12.8 Maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
12.9 Luxora is not liable for any business loss arising from website issues during periods where maintenance is not subscribed to.
13. Affiliate Program
13.1 The Luxora affiliate program allows individuals to earn commission by referring clients who complete a project.
13.2 Commission rates are:
Foundation referral: ₹1,500
Growth referral: ₹2,500
Scale referral: ₹4,000
13.3 Commission is paid only after the referred client makes full payment for their project.
13.4 The referred client must mention the affiliate at the time of first contact for the referral to be valid.
13.5 Self-referrals are strictly not eligible.
13.6 Commission payouts are processed within 7 working days of the referred client's payment clearing.
13.7 Luxora reserves the right to modify commission rates or discontinue the affiliate program at any time with reasonable notice.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Luxora's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
14.2 Luxora is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
14.3 Luxora is not responsible for results or outcomes of any website, campaign, or digital system — including but not limited to search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue generated.
14.4 Luxora is not liable for any damage caused by third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or AI platforms used in the project.
15. Confidentiality
15.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project.
15.2 Luxora will not share client business information, content, or data with any third party without explicit written consent — except where required by law.
15.3 This confidentiality obligation continues after the project is completed.
16. Governing Law
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
16.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or any project shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
16.3 Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal action.
17. Changes to These Terms
17.1 Luxora reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
17.2 Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
17.3 Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
